Sudan Transition Initiative

On behalf of USAID's Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) Bureau, Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI), AECOM International Development is establishing and managing a quick-response, flexible mechanism for activities that advance Sudan's transition to peace and democracy.

The 2-year phased approach aims to build understanding about Sudan's negotiated peace agreements and to support their implementation. The program will primarily be implemented through the delivery of a large number of in-kind and cash grants to qualified entities and groups to rehabilitate or build small infrastructure and support a variety of technical programs.
