MOBIS GSA Schedule

Under a Management, Organizational, and Business Management Services (MOBIS) contract with the U.S. General Services Administration, AECOM International Development offers project management and technical consulting services in social services; national and local policy formation and implementation; administrative policy, legal, and regulatory reform; public-private partnership, project development, privatization assistance, financial reform, and regional and urban planning and development; local government administrative and financial management; municipal decentralization; integrated water resources management; geographic information systems; energy and global climate change; environmental management systems; and natural resources management.

Services are provided through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) under three Special Item Numbers: SIN 874-1 Consulting Services; SIN 874-6 Privatization Support Services and Documentation; and SIN 874-7 Program Integration and Project Management.
