Civil Society
Good governance is not solely the province of the public sector and relies on an informed and involved citizenry. We help strengthen indigenous civil society organizations and provide them with tools in advocacy, lobbying, mobilization, and participation. We work with municipal agencies and utility companies to improve communications systems, raise customer awareness, and build consensus for policy development and program implementation.
